* More Cuts on the Way:<\/strong> Alan Mutter, former editor and now chronicler of a declining industry, sees more<\/a> down-sizing ahead “if the industry is to sustain its traditional operating margin,” which, by the way, is still more than 18 percent.<\/p>\n
